Breakwater Beach, St Mary’s Bay, and Bradley Beach are all lovely spots to spend time by the sea, or you could visit the cliffs, scenic cafe, the shortest lighthouse in the UK, and the coastal fort all at Berry Head (2 miles).

As you enter this delightful, three-story coastal retreat, you have plenty of space to leave those coats and walking boots behind as you find the lounge on your left. This characterful space boasts original beams, a large window, a feature fireplace, and a Smart TV that combine to offer a quaint touch of old and new – creating a wonderful space to completely relax after busy days out. The kitchen is a light, bright space to cook with a fantastic electric range oven and gas hob for family feasts, while a dishwasher and washing machine add to your convenience. A small utility room at the rear of the kitchen offers extra storage space and a fridge/freezer. From the kitchen, there is access up a set of steep steps to the enclosed, terraced garden at the rear. Upstairs on the first floor, you have two beautiful bedrooms – one spacious twin room with a TV and one bunk bedroom, both with lovely views. You will also find an elegant family bathroom. Finally, the wonderful master suite offers privacy on the top floor, boasting a double bed, a TV, and an en-suite shower room.

Outside, steep steps lead from the kitchen up to the rear garden on a raised terrace, enclosed by stone walls creating a peaceful, private space where you can share a drink or dine alfresco.

Great little cottage in a fab location. 5 minutes from the harbour. There is a pub 3 doors down , no noise heard! The parking wasnt a problem for us as we bought a 4 day Torbay council pass for 31, you can park in any Torbay council car park with it. We had a great holiday.
