We had a fantastic weeks holiday at Strombos. The house is perfect and the village was quiet but the people were warm and friendly. We will definitely be booking to come back next year.

Just enjoyed a third fabulous stay at Strombos. We love this well presented cottage in a great location. Kitchen area is large and well appointed with a good view , whilst the lounge is cosy. Bedrooms all of a good size and the bed we used was comfortable. Garden is dog proof, although a small breed could get under the front gate, easily blocked wiRead moreth a wheelie bin. Walks from the cottage Bonus some mornings was seeing gaggles of supercars and bikes gurgle past on their way around the Cairngorms. Hide

The cottage was ideally located for exploring the local area, plenty of space so you arent all on top of each other. The cottage was spotless on arrival and the beds were comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is very generous and secure for dogs.

This is an excellent property and we have been here three times along with some of our family. There is plenty room inside for everyone and an enclosed safe garden for the kids to play and for the dog. The surrounding area is very beautiful and the village ideal for supplies and meals also.

The cottage was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. There was lots of information about local attractions and walks in the area, and the local shops, pubs and information centre were very helpful too. We had a wonderful holiday, and would certainly recommend it to friends.
