Prepare family feasts in the bright kitchen dinerwhich is fully equipped and includes an American style freezer fridge, double electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Challenge fellow-guests to a game of pool in the vaulted-ceiling living room with a 52 inch smart TV, wood burner, drinks cabinet and stylish seating - made for family gatherings, and with French doors leading out to the garden. You’ll also find a four-poster king-size bedroom on this floor with period furniture, plus a shower room , bright and airy conservatory and utility room. The utility is accessed via the rear of the property and stores an additional freezer and fridge space - great after a big food shop! On dreich days, catch up on favourite films and games - there are four freesat TVs, (3 with smart tv functionality) and a DVD player as well as numerous blue tooth speakers across the property so there’s ne’er a chance of boredom setting in.

On sunny afternoons, enjoy alfresco BBQ dining on either the garden terrace in the rear garden or on the properties side decked area, where you can also soak away the day in the six-person hot tub, also there are stone steps at the front of the property down to the private lochside garden which is lawned and has picnic bench for 8, From here you can stroll across to the pebble beach by the bonnie loch where creative guests may be inspired to paint the ever-changing skies on the waterfront.
