We were duly impressed with the chalet. Its location is perfect and it is well insulated and comfortable on what was a chilly and stormy week of mixed weather. It is well equipped and we were pleased with the personal touch of the provision of tea and biscuits.

Fabulous chalet and so beautifully looked after. Been coming for years and it keeps getting better. One tiny thing, the apple tree in front of the balcony has grown so much, it is obscuring the view. Any chance of a prune? Thanks Jez and Maggie

A lovely chalet with all you would need for your stay in this beautiful part of Scotland. The view from the decking is superb. Whilst we werent lucky enough to see the Dolphins, Seals, Otters or Pine Martins, we did see deer in the garden on the morning we left. An unbelievable experience to have them less than 10 yds from the decking. Amazing numbRead moreer of birds in the area which added to the sound of the sea in the otherwise silence. A great base for visiting the Western Highlands. Hide

Lovely little piece of oasis, beautiful views! Great walks on your doorstep. When the tide goes out, the beach is perfect for children to play, we walked around the coves, views again stunning. If you can drag yourself away from the Chalet and its wildlife this is perfect spot to travel up & around the NC500. Great base for mountain walkers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at MacLeod Chalet. The location, on the edge of a beautiful bay flanked by hills, is stunning and the area affords many walking opportunities.
