A lovely cottage that is clearly well loved and maintained by the owners. A shame that its rather cold, we struggled to regulate the heating which made it a rather chilly stay overall. A lovely house which has been renovated very well, lovely fabrics used throughout which goes along way!

Was a nice place, linen had stains on and wasn't rectified when made aware of. Disappointing start to holiday.

Lovely property which we thoroughly enjoyed. Jules the property manager was fantastic and assisted with all our queries so very quickly. Not having a parking space at the property was the only small downfall overall, but once we knew where we could park it wasn't too big of an issue. Enjoyed our stay in this charming property close to all the amenities of Kingsbridge. Not able to park outside but had the use of a parking permit for a car park next to Duncombe park and also the quayside car park , which was a great bonus.Well equipped and tastefully furnished. Two outside patios to use with sun at different times if the day.

A beautiful little house in a fantastic location. Kingsbridge is a lovely little town with lots to explore both within the town and the surrounding area. The house is beautifully presented and well-equipped for a comfortable family stay. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the cottage very much. Very tastefully decorated and with lots of character. It felt very comfortable and homely. Kingsbridge is a perfect place for exploring the area. Nice restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Despite the busy road (during daytime) we enjoyed our stay. The bedroom to the back is very quiet.

Well appointed House in a good location within the village. Unloading was not too much of an issue, juts had to be careful of passing cars, but as they were few and far between it was not an issue for the limited time it took to unload. Lots of local facilities to make use of and great location for exploring the south coast area.
