Amazing pet friendly detached house in an enviable position right on the beach, in Wisemans Bridge which is just a short drive or walk when the tide is out from Saundersfoot. A great house for a holiday any time of year with miles of beautiful coastal path walks in both directions towards Tenby and Pendine. A great place for painters or bird watchers and a very special place for children with beach on your door step. The house has spectacular unbroken sea views from nearly every window. Centrally located for all local attractions with Oakwood adventure park, Heatherton Country sports open all year, horse riding, and clay pigeon shooting, and three golf courses all within a 10 minute drive.

Entrance: Hall

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Open plan living accommodation, wood burning stove, TV, DVD, Broadband, kitchen area with electric cooker, hob, microwave oven, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Dining area with dining table & chairs. Patio door leading out onto patio area. Stunning Sea views.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, patio door leads to patio. Sea views.

Wet Room: Shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 2: Master double, sea views.

En-suite: Shower, toilet & wash basin.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds with sea views. (Can also be made up into double bed on request)

Bedroom 4: Twin bed, sea views.

Bathroom: Shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.

Pets: One well behaved pet welcome, please keep pets downstairs. 

Parking: For 3 cars.

Towels: Bath towels supplied (no beach towels)

Garden/Patio: Patio area and patio with garden furniture ideal for al fresco eating overlooking the sea.

Beach access: Private path and steep steps from the patio to the beach. Care should be taken on the steps

Heating: Solar central heating and hot water system with under floor heating. Utilities included.

Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.

Notes: Wi Fi access. Set in an elevated spot overlooking the beach, Towels provided (please bring own beach towels). Mobile phone signal variable. Set in an elevated spot overlooking the beach, Wheelchair friendly for ground floor bedroom and bathroom.  Non Smoking. Friday - Friday changeover. Beach on door step.

Guests should note that there is a pedestrian access to the owners second property, Aelfryn (OC-A30159), 50 yards further up the hill beyond Sunridge. Guests to this property pass behind Sunridge. However there is no access permitted from Aelfryn to the sides or front of Sunridge and the beach access path is exclusive to Sunridge. If you have a larger group travelling, Aelfryn sleeps 2 and could be ideal to book alongside Sunridge.

This holiday home is amazing. I cannot fault it. Was on my bucket list for my 80th birthday!! The location and comfort are second to none Been coming to this area for about 45 years and it is simply the best!!

This is a wonderfully positioned, well equipped and very comfortable property. We had a fantastic multi generational Christmas holiday. The oldest member of the party really appreciated the full accessibility of the ground floor.

A lovely property in a great location with superb views and brilliant access to the beach, as well as a plethora of games and puzzles for more unsettled weather days! Saundersfoot is just a 20 mins walk away along the beach and through the tunnels, so very convenient for local pubs and cafes.

Booked this for a family holiday with our two children their partners and two grand children. The cottage is set in a lovely location and is perfect for a family getaway. Great walks to both Saundersfoot and Amroth

Lovely cottage and location Perfect for a relaxed family holiday with a beach on the door step and a lot more to see in the locale . The views from the house and patio are hard to beat . A great backdrop from the morning sun rise to the moons rays reflecting on the water accompanied by the soothing sound of the waves .

This was the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. The owners very kindly left a welcome pack and also left essentials items such as condiments, cleaning products etc of which was a very nice touch and very thoughtful. The view was just stunning and the location is perfectly situated on the beach. There is not one negative thing I could Read moresay about this property . We tried to book it again immediately and unable to for over a year which shows how popular it is. A truly beautiful home from home with everything you need for the most relaxing holiday. The house is very large and the space outside is big . It also comes with a BBQ which was very nice to have . I would strongly recommending staying at Sunridge and we cant wait to go back its just beautiful and we were very sad to leave. Hide

Lovely house in a beautiful position. Very comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. Had a fantastic week and only a couple of days rain. The access down to the beach was brilliant.

Sunridge is a wonderfully comfortable, spacious property. We spent a marvellous family Christmas with the sound of the waves and that beautiful view.

Just returned from a lovely week at Sunridge - family of 2 adults and 4 grown up children! The property is in an amazing location and has everything we needed. We were able to walk down the steps to swim in the sea almost every day. We barely used our car as walked to Saundersfoot for some meals out and went for some local walks from the property.
