You will be perfectly situated overlooking, and also just a short stroll from, the expansive family-friendly sandy beach at Woolacombe where many water sports can be tried, including kayaking, surfing, and paddleboarding. In addition to this, and just a short drive away, further well-renowned beaches can be found at Croyde and Saunton. Walkers and outdoors enthusiasts will be in their element with access to the South West Coast Path close by, offering spectacular views and some of the finest walks in the country, whilst the nearby Tarka Trail offers fantastic options for off-road walking and cycling. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Exmoor National Park, day trips to Lundy Island, the National Trust's Arlington Court, the quaint coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, and Combe Martin Wildlife Park.

Step inside this stunning coastal apartment where a flight of stairs leads up onto the first floor, immediately opening into a lovely light and airy hallway. From here, venture into the beautiful open-plan living space where you will be greeted by the fabulous sea views. This brilliantly sociable space boasts a comfortable sofa (which transforms into a sofa bed that can be used to create an alternative sleeping arrangement) and a Smart TV; this provides a great place to relax after a day exploring. Sat beside this is a table and chairs, which provide a lovely venue for relaxed meals, and also a set of French doors which lead out onto the balcony and allow you to dine outside with ease during warm weather. Further informal dining is provided at the breakfast bar where you can sit and soak up the gorgeous sea views whilst enjoying a leisurely breakfast. Also perfectly appointed and presented is the kitchen area itself and this boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Due to the fact that all of the accommodation is handily arranged on the one level, you do not have to venture far to discover the beautiful bedrooms, the first of which is fabulous king-size with stunning sea views, a Smart TV and patio doors leading out to the balcony. Located on the other side of the living space is a further bedroom which offers a double bed and also benefits from gorgeous sea views. Finally, there's a lovely contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC which completes the offering inside this impressive apartment.

Heading outside, further highlights await in the shape of the stunning decked balcony which boasts panoramic sea views and a set of garden furniture. Here you can relax in style and soak up the scenery from the comfort of your own apartment and enjoy relaxed al fresco dining.

Lovely apartment. Amazing location. Sea view, balcony & parking. What more could you want! We only stayed for a couple of nights, with my mum and my toddler, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again. Really nice touch to have complimentary prosecco and biscuits too!

Really nice apartment set in a perfect location for access to all that Woolacombe has to offer. Tastefully decorated and really well equipped. A good deal of thought has gone into making stays comfortable and pleasant. Will definitely book again.

Very comfortable, well equipped, brilliant location in the middle of Woolacombe. Loved the balcony. Parking a bonus, unfortunately a few minutes away with an incline, able to park for an hour outside apartment. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second visit and the flat was still excellent . The flat was once again absolutely spotless The view over the beach and the surrounding countryside from the balcony makes it special.

Lovely apartment in great location with wonderful sea views. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with a spacious and well laid out open plan kitchen and living area.
