Or a short walk in the other direction will bring you to the town centre of Windermere with its own selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. During the day, head down to the shore of Lake Windermere, take in the beautiful views before joining a tour of the lake via the steamboats or if you prefer, hire some Kayaks and have your own mini adventures.
On entering the property, you firstly enter the grand open-plan kitchen/diner with large bay windows which are themselves a suntrap. The larger king-size bedroom (adjacent) has plenty of storage space, en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC, also accessing the private garden via patio doors.
Outside the spacious garden has patio, decking and covered seating areas. Roadside parking is available.
