A very well equipped property set in a lovely location, nice welcome pack on arrival. It is set back from a busy trunk road and great care is required when turning into the property. Its a little noisy but couldnt be heard at night time in the accommodation . Some great walks around Callander which is also a good base and has all provisions needed.Read more Hide

Overall, the property was a bit of a disappointment for us. The attention to detail was lacking with an old disposable BBQ being left outside, a mismatch of old unwanted cooking utensils and random drawings and broken crayons in drawers. As well as this there were hairs in the bed and when I went to use my towel I got absolutely covered in hair andRead more dust. The smell in the cottage was overwhelming too (as in, scent boosters, etc..) and this caused me an allergic reaction. Location was good Hide

Lovely cottage in good location and has great views. Welcome gifts on arrival were a nice touch. Proved to be a good and very comfortable base to explore the west coast. Lots of shops in Callander to browse and to eat out. Recommend the toy museum for a nostalgic visit.

The location and scenery was stunning, the cottage is well equipped with everything you need. Just be mindful that there isnt any phone signal due to being out in the sticks but there is WiFi at the property

We had a wonderful time at Loch Lubnaig Lodge. Everything was pristine and clean. The Christmas decorations were lovely and made us feel very festive. The position of the cottage was great, a little noise from the road but nothing too serious. We visited surrounding lochs and Highland Safaris .

We have had a lovely holiday and we were very pleased with the accommodation. It is cosy and very well decorated with lots of good quality equipment and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. The road is very busy but it doesnt impact on noise level as the lodges are set up high and well back from the road. We had a great time in this cottage. Everything you need is there, it's clean and well equipped. It all went smoothly and the owners were very kind. The area is fantastic, beautiful scenery to be seen from the cottage. The beds are comfortable and kitchen and bathroom luxurious. Like someone else here said already: the cottage is located on a busy Read moreroad so there is some noise from passing traffic. Is you like eating outside, this is something to keep in mind. Hide

Group of 4 adults, stayed for a week. Absolutely loved it. Superb location, yes the A84 is close by, but that doesn't detract in any way. Beds were so comfortable, everyone slept really well. We would wholeheartedly stay here again. Hide
