This cosy period property is beautifully situated and tastefully decorated to create a welcoming home from home.  Located on the sea-front, it enjoys magnificent uninterrupted views over the Firth of Forth and the pretty harbour. It is situated in the quaint fishing village of Pittenweem close to the world-famous town of St Andrews in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. The village boasts excellent eateries, quirky shops, a friendly inn, beach and harbour. Explore the Fife Coastal Path, enjoy Elie water sports, or take a boat trip to the lovely Isle of May National Nature reserve. Visit Scottish Fisheries Museum, Kellie Castle, Kingsbarns Whisky Distillery, the WW2 Secret Bunker or the Scottish Deer Centre. You are within easy reach of St Andrews, the home of golf and further afield the cities of Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth.

Step inside this lovely main door, upper flat into the vestibule -  a perfect place to leave your outdoor clothing - through to the spacious hall. Heading upstairs you will find the master double bedroom and a reading nook with bay window from where you can enjoy the same uninterrupted sea views - a great place to read, chat over a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  If you are lucky you might spot dolphins!  Finally completing the accommodation upstairs is the bright bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside you have exclusive use of the spacious, enclosed garden on different levels.  There is a patio area with charcoal BBQ and seating, ideal for al fresco dining, relaxing with a coffee or chilled beer or perhaps a wee dram. There is free on-street parking available directly adjacent to the property.

As this is over the first and second floors the views are amazing. Also unusually for these cottages the windows are very wide giving both light and stunning views. Location wise very central to bakery post office harbour and beach. It is also on Fife Coast Path.

We had a lovely quiet week in this super flat on the harbourside in Pittenweem. The coast path from here is lovely in both directions. There are good cafes and shops in the village and a lovely bistro. LIndsay was very responsive, helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage with living room window looking across the harbour walls. Lovely to sit and watch a couple of stormy days. Upstairs room looking out as well: perfect for sunset and glass of wine. Garden is multilayered and would be great in summer. I loved the cottage and its location.

Lovely flat with prime position to see wildlife in the bay in Pittenweem. We visited in Winter and it was cosy and warm. Great location for walking and access to St Andrews.

Lovely place to stay, there for 3 nights, perfectly situated for walking on coastal path which we did with our spaniel, walks either way are fab, crail one way or out to st monans the other way. In the cottage itself the kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Bedroom with the viewing area looking out to the sea is fantastic even on a stormy day. We had a really lovely and relaxing stay at Seaview Cottage. The view from the window was wonderful we loved watching the fishing boats coming in and out of the harbour, which made the setting feel so special. The cottage is in a beautiful location with excellent views and within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the harbour and other attractions. There are plenty of parking spaces opposite the property. The locals and owners of pubs and shops were all very friendly and helpfull.

This home is fantastic for a family stay, plenty of room, well equipped and in a beautiful location. Whilst there we spotted dolphins, seals, heron, curlews and many other types of bird. The town is quiet and peaceful but with plenty to do (fishing, parks, wild swimming, crazy golf and a fabulous coastal walk). Not far from St. Andrews also where tRead morehe beach is great. We had a really relaxing holiday, loving the nook in which to sit and watch all the bird - and human - activity on land and sea. Everything we could wish for was within walking distance. We loved this flat. Everything in it, from the appliances, bedding and very comfy bed, was of really good quality. Its situation on the waterfront is perfect, and the view is great. Seaview cottage is perfectly situated right in the middle at the sea front. There's a huge window in the lounge that gives the best view of the sea and the fishing boats going to and fro. Seaview is cosy, clean and comfortable, a great location in a pretty village. Lindsay made sure we had everything we needed and was available if we had any questions. The directions were clear and accessing the property easy. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Lovely cottage to watch the fishing boats go out at dawn and come back in the evening with their catch. Pittenweem is perfectly situated to explore all the walks, beaches and lovely villages on both sides. A great cottage for couples and families with their dog.

This cottage has terrific, unspoilt, views across the Firth. Parking was free with plenty of available spaces. The cleanliness and comfort of the cottage was great and we felt right at home. A beautiful back garden was a bonus. The communication from the owner was excellent.

This is a wonderful comfortable flat in a perfect peaceful position. It's not too close to the harbour but has lovely views of the fishing boats coming and going, especially from the gorgeous window seat upstairs.
