The region hosts Belladrum an all-ages annual family music event, the largest camping and outdoor festival in Scotland, and the Black Isle Show, the largest agricultural event in the north of Scotland. This property's location allows for superb access to Inverness (13 miles) which offers a variety of great pubs and restaurants lining the River Ness. Other attractions include Inverness Castle, St Andrews Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre. Culloden Battlefield (18 miles) is to the east and the stunning beaches of Nairn (28 miles). If a day in the outdoors is what you are looking for, then you can take advantage of one of the many walks and cycle routes available.
