If you enjoy the great outdoors then you will love this location, there are some fabulous walks from your front door, the local area is popular with walkers and cyclists. Just a short drive from the market town of Penrith and beautiful Lake Ullswater. Enjoy a day on one of the Ullswater steamers or why not visit the Lakes Distillery, book a tour and enjoy the local Whisky on offer.

Entering the property you will enter the bright spacious hallway. The large country kitchen/dining area is off the hall , well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, it has a Smart Tv and patio doors leading onto the garden with amazing views of the countryside. This area of the house offers a great social space to catch up over a meal or breakfast. Next door there is a utility/boot room with washing machine, this room can be accessed from the garden. There is a spacious lounge further down the hall with Smart TV/DVD and patio doors which open out onto the garden/patio. At the end of a busy day enjoy the comfy seating and watch a good movie. The house offers three spacious double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is a bathroom situated across from the bedrooms which features a shower over the bath and WC and an additional bathroom with shower and WC.

There is a spacious enclosed private garden and patio for you to sit out and enjoy on a good day. It offers some fabulous views across the fields and fells. There is private parking available on the private gated drive which will accommodate three cars.

We absolutely loved staying here. The property was clean, comfortable and had a proper selection of good pots, pans and crockery. A bit like home from home. But with a lovely view in a rural setting. Cosy and spacious bungalow, well-equipped kitchen, everything works. Quiet village situation with lots to see within a short drive.

This bungalow is perfect in every way. Large lounge with a great view, large kitchen with table that sits 6 easily, also with a great view, 3 large double rooms and a single which is also big for a single room. 2 excellent bathrooms and a utility room as well.
