Paxton House is less than 4 miles away and has a lovely tea room and adventure play park, there are activities on at certain times of the year here which are very popular with families, there are some lovely walks around the estate, boat trips and fishing are a few of the activities on offer here. Edinburgh is easily accessible by car or train, the Berwick upon Tweed railway station is just 8 miles away and there is a regular train service which takes just over an hour.
Entering the house you will walk through from the lobby into the cosy lounge, enjoy an evening in front of the log burner, the kitchen is accessed from the lounge and is well equipped with access out into the garden.
