Sleeping three guests, the two-bedroom, dog-friendly abode nestles within the picturesque surroundings of the Sharpham Estate, 3 miles from Totnes. Pull on your hiking boots and head out on scenic walks beside the River Dart or through the rolling hills of the South Hams. Venture 10.5 miles to the National Trust’s Little Dartmouth to pick up the South West Coast Path. Dartmoor National Park, with its myriad of excellent footpaths and landscapes, begins 8 miles away. Grab your beach gear and venture 9.5 miles down to beautiful Blackpool Sands, to swim, snorkel and sometimes book a beach sauna. The English Riviera, with its picturesque beaches and many shops and restaurants, is approximately the same distance away. Totnes, where there are independent shops, friendly eateries and colourful market stalls, is perfect for whiling away an afternoon.
