This single-storey property is set on a working farm in an outstanding, beautiful location and is ideal for a group of five friends or a family exploring some of Scotland’s most attractive spots and countryside. Down the road are Balfron and Killearn (3 miles), where there are shops, pubs, and a few places to eat, before you head off on a long hike up Earl’s Seat (500 metres), part of the Campsie Fells. Further walking, cycling, and opportunities to try out water sports can be found at Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park (6.5 miles). Of course, no visit to Scotland is complete without a whisky tasting; Glengoyne Distillery is only 5 miles away, while the bustling city of Glasgow is 18 miles away and home to many distilleries.
Step into this beautiful bungalow, which is filled with large windows throughout that frame the spectacular surrounding landscapes. The spacious kitchen is perfect for socialising with the chef as it contains a breakfast bar, and it has plenty of storage and surface space as well as all the handy amenities you need for creating delicious meals. Adjacent is a utility room which has space for your walking boots and coats. Take your meals into the lounge/diner and sit together while admiring the views, or curl up on the sofa and watch something on the Smart TV. If you fancy getting competitive, head into the games room, which has a table football table, a PlayStation, and tonnes of board games to enjoy. When you are ready for some shuteye, head to one of the three bedrooms: two king-size beds and a welcoming twin bedroom. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC completes the interior, alongside a separate cloakroom WC.
Outside, the garden wraps around the property and has seating areas and a BBQ for al fresco meals with an outstanding view. Private parking is provided for three cars.
