Amongst the many family attractions are Cockington Country Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands Adventure Park and the famous Dartmouth and South Devon heritage steam railways. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, both horse riding and walking across the stunning landscapes are popular.

The kitchen/diner is an attractive space with everything you need in the well equipped kitchen area including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, the dining area is ideal whether you’re grabbing a snack or sitting down to enjoy a special meal. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, the king-size with TV and stylish en-suite shower room with WC and a cosy twin room with en-suite bathroom and WC.
