Set in the grounds of the family run dairy farm this shepherds hut offers a great holiday home for couples. A great base from which to explore the beauty of Devon. As soon as you arrive you begin to relax and experience a slower pace of life. Visit the nearby pretty villages such as Bickleigh, which has the River Exe meandering through it, or the popular Mill that offers boutique shopping and artisan foods. The distinctive dark red soil, typical in this area, makes it a scenic setting ideal for walking and exploring. Nearby is the town of Tiverton, which has a pretty canal offering boats for hire. Further afield is the city of Exeter, with its huge variety of shops and restaurants.
Stepping up into the hut you will find the stylish and contemporary shower room and WC with a heated towel rail. To your right you will find the remainder of the studio style accommodation, consisting of a kitchen area with fitted units, electric oven and two-ring hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment and an airfryer, everything you need to cook and prepare a romantic meal. Before you head to bed, light the wood burner, relax on the armchairs and watch a movie on the Smart TV/DVD. Completing the accommodation, and the perfect spot for a good night’s sleep is the king-size bed.
Heading outside enjoy relaxing on the enclosed private decked area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ or take a dip in your own private hot tub whilst enjoying superb views from the decking over the surrounding farmland and countryside. You will also have access to the shared tennis courts. There is ample off-road parking available.
