Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

the property is well furnished and equipped and exceptionally well situated. There was no wifi code available and after several phone calls. to your office, one was obtained on our second day of occupancy. From the notes left in the property from earlier customers this was obviously a recurring problem. A well appointed property, in a very quiet, yet central area of Southwold, with parking too! Always a bonus in seaside towns! The pier, nearest pub/restaurant and town centre is a maximum of ten minutes walk away.

Light, airy, and well equipped, Puffins Nest is well placed for access to the beach and the town, with a lovely, peaceful view over the green and the churchyard. Its very quiet, and being placed back from the seafront means that it is sheltered from the noise of winter winds, so its great for a winter break as well as summer beach time.

Brilliant location with easy parking (which is essential in the busy summer months). The flat is well furnished and warm with a high standard of kitchen equipment. It also has a decent TV which makes a nice change from most holiday rentals! Would recommend.

A really great apartment. Fantastic views and great location. We walked everywhere. Well maintained and equipped. We do self cater and managed well. It is only a double bed and we struggled as were used to a bigger bed. Otherwise its a perfect place to stay to visit Southwold and the area.

Our second visit to this lovely first floor apartment. Puffin Nest is spacious, very warm and very well equipped. Super quiet location with great views across the green, the churchyard, the church and the lighthouse. Yet only a five minute stroll to the shops and beach. Highly recommended and we will return.

The apartment was clean and very well stocked with everything you might need. It was very comfortable and quiet and in a prime position for the High Street and the seafront. Lovely comfy bed, we slept like babies!

A really lovely little flat in a great position overlooking the green, just a short way from the High Street and beach. Comfy sofas and bed and cooking and dining equipment of a high standard which was much appreciated. Glad of the on site car parking, a real bonus.

The property was lovely, a car parking space was great, we didn't use the car at all. The lounge was very spacious bigger than expected. It's a very sunny room, as is the bedroom in the mornings . We found the shoe rack in the hall useful, meant we just left them there, saved taking them upstairs. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. We loved our stay here. Excellent position close to everything. Stairs and step over bath/shower might be a problem for some. Dont forget ear plugs as Sea Gulls are very noisy!
