This delightful seaside retreat is the perfect getaway, situated within the owners’ calm grounds where privacy is assured. On entering the property, the entrance hall is the perfect place to leave your walking boots behind. Heading on into the property, enter into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. Relax in the lounge with sofa, chair, Smart TV and wood burner effect electric fire, patio doors offer views out over the garden and open out onto the decked area. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a table and chairs for two. Heading on upstairs to the light and airy, delightful king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC (head space is restricted due to sloping ceilings within the bedroom and shower room and is not suitable for guests over 6ft).
Heading outside, sit and relax on the balcony, enjoy the delightful sea views from the comfort of the garden furniture. You will no doubt find it difficult to leave this relaxed environment. There is off-road parking for one car.
