Great hosts and welcome. The property is excellent with everything a guest could ask for. Plenty of days out options and good facilities in South Molton and Barnstaple.

The barn was fabulous, extremely well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for families or groups of friends. The games room was great, use of a bbq and outdoor furniture completed the package. Beautiful setting, lovely views surrounded by fields and the odd visit from the friendly animals especially Bailey the dog. The owners are so friendly,Read more helpful and accommodating. A peaceful getaway, we couldn't wish for more. The only negative thing was that we had to leave! Hide

Great location for us, very quiet, rural, being able to travel to many locations within an hour's drive. Cottage really spacious, comfortable and short of nothing. Nick and Ali (the owners) are nice friendly people and live at the farm so are on hand if you need any help but are not intrusive.
