Fantastic house which was prefect for our family of 14. We've stayed in a lot of big houses and this was definitely the best appointed for a big group - two dishwashers, two fridges, plenty of everything! Great location near the beach and the wonderful deli. Highly recommend!

Just enjoyed an amazing stay at The Anchorage in Instow. We were a family group of 12 celebrating my husbands 80th birthday. The house & weather could not have been better. We ate at the Instow Arms & enjoyed The Quay pub in the sunshine, & then had a bbq in the garden! The whole weekend could not have been enjoyed more.

Our extended family of 13 spent a lovely week at The Anchorage. Cycling on the Tarka Trail was a great hit as was surfing at Salcombe and Woolacombe. Lovely Sunday lunch at The George in Appledore. The hot tub and games room had plenty of use and we enjoyed our meals round the big kitchen table. The kitchen was very well equipped.
