We had a lovely weeks stay in the Annex. Our toddler particularly enjoyed exploring the meadow! The views looking out were beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We would love to stay again.

Despite rain and rather cold temperatures, we had an enjoyable three-night break in this apartment with its spectacular view. The weather made it unsuitable for walks, unfortunately, but proximity to Sidmouth is a big asset and we also visited Ottery St Mary (the church is a must) and Honiton. Thank you for a great stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view across the valley is mesmerizing and the walk along the river was a joy, even on a rainy February day. The place is clean, warm and cosy and the photo's don't do it justice. The location is perfect for exploring this part of Devon; Sidmouth, Exmouth and Exeter are all in easy reaRead morech. A clean spacious apartment, really quiet and peaceful, lots of nice walks on the doorstep and plenty to do farther afield. There are three pubs nearby, although each required a roughly 30 min walk off-road (we were blessed with blazing July sunshine and light evenings, so this wasn't a problem). Hosts friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
