Set within a friendly, family-run holiday park in Paignton, this contemporary lodge offers panoramic sea views and a relaxing base for a family or friends’ coastal escape. On your doorstep, you can enjoy shared access to swimming pools, entertainment venues, places to eat, and play spaces at the neighbouring Beverley Park and Beverley Bay. Plan beach days at Goodrington Sands (1.5 miles) and Paignton Beach (2.5 miles), lace up for the South West Coast Path, or head to Splashdown Quaywest (1.5 miles) for water fun. Wildlife fans can visit Paignton Zoo (2.5 miles), while heritage rides on the Dartmouth Steam Railway (6.5 miles) make a great outing. Explore the harbourside in Brixham (4.5 miles) and riverfront walks in Dartmouth (7 miles), with further seaside attractions in Teignmouth (15 miles).

Inside, a light and airy open-plan living space brings everyone together. The lounge invites you to unwind after a day by the sea, with comfortable seating and a TV for easy evenings. The dining area is perfectly placed for lingering family meals, while the kitchen area flows naturally so the chef stays part of the conversation. Thoughtful seaside-inspired touches add a gentle coastal feel throughout. The lodge sleeps up to six across three bedrooms: a restful king-size with an en-suite shower room and two twins, each designed as calming spaces to recharge after coastal adventures. The twin bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom. TVs in all bedrooms mean everyone can enjoy a slow start or a quiet moment.

Slide open the doors to a generous decked area where the sea views take centre stage. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table and chairs, then sink into your private hot tub as the sun dips over the bay. The lodge’s elevated position makes the outlook feel special, and the deck provides a sociable hub from breakfast to stargazing. Guests also have shared access to neighbouring holiday park facilities, including swimming pools, entertainment venues, places to eat, and family play areas, adding fun to every day of your stay.
