As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway with room for your boots and coats. The lounge can be found to the right as you come in and benefits from a large corner sofa centred around the TV with a Freeview package. Further down the hall, you will find the family kitchen diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave plus a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery to prepare a meal or picnic to take on your travels. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and is a good place to enjoy a meal or a board game with family and relax. Completing the ground floor is a convenient cloakroom with WC. If you head downstairs to the basement you will find the games room complete with a pool table. Sofas and extra seating are provided here so the family can enjoy the space and have fun together. This area also has in own access out into the garden if you want to use both spaces during the warmer months.
