In the heart of the Tenby, you'll be spoilt for choice with independent shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes. North Beach can be reached in just 400 metres with its vast expanse of golden sand looking across to the iconic Tenby Harbour. Boat trips run daily throughout the main season from the harbour to Caldey Island where you can spend the day on its secluded beach. If you fancy a change of scenery, why not try one of the local attractions such as Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo (6.5 miles) or Heatherton World of Activities (3.5 miles).

The property is accessed via a communal hallway and there is a lift up to the first floor. As you enter the apartment, there is a generously sized hallway with space to store coats and shoes. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is directly ahead and benefits from large windows and patio doors that allow plenty of light to flood in. This also leads out to the decked terrace. The lounge area enjoys two comfy sofas and a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favourite programmes and movies in the evening as you unwind after a fun day at the beach. There is a large dining table with ample space to enjoy a night of board games or your fish and chips takeaway. The kitchen has been conveniently equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, plus all your basic cookware for the induction hob and utensils to rustle up a hearty breakfast to start your day or light evening supper. Adjacent to the lounge is the first bedroom, a good-sized double room with storage. The second bedroom is a twin room with two standard-size single beds and an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle, and WC. Completing the layout is a contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Externally, the apartment benefits from a cosy balcony terrace with decking and bistro chairs, with views of the town walls and St Mary's spire.

Every Summer the centre of Tenby is mainly a vehicle-free zone. The Walled Town is pedestrianised between 11am – 5.30pm each day from the 1st Monday in July to the 2nd Friday in September. During this period you may be unable to drive to your property.

The apartment has a lovely feel to it and the large main room comprising kitchen, lounge and dining areas is bright and airy and very comfortable. We loved the location right in the centre of Tenby and the basement parking a boon.

Modern Comfortable light and airy apartment in the old town. Number 1 overlooks the old walls and despite being in a town is quiet. A large car may be difficult to gain access to the underground car park access door because it is a narrow street. Very quiet flat in the heart of town. Lovely outlook with a handy terrace. A great option at the right price!

Sort stay this time but as previously, the apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfy. For us, Cobourg is in the best location and a huge bonus is a secure allocated parking spot. Cant go wrong staying here, we love it!

Great position in Tenby, walk to cafes shops beach and within a stones throw. Had a bit of trouble finding it, maybe a clear sign on garage doors.

I would thoroughly recommend this holiday property. A comfortable, spacious apartment right in the middle of Tenby. It was nice and peaceful with a private communal garden area. Although I don't drive, having an allocated parking space in a secure garage is a brilliant bonus.

The apartment is lovely, so clean and well equipped. Great having the lift and parking in such a stunning location. Three beaches to walk to, and amazing eateries!! The apartment has a wonderful balcony which had the sun all afternoon. Our weather was superb( yes in Wales in May!!! Lucky us!!) Many places to visit in the car, St. Davids, Amroth, SaRead moreundersfoot. We loved Tenby, lovely atmosphere, pleasant people. Number 1 is a gem!! Hide

We had a lovely few days at Flat 1 The Coburg in Tenby. Despite being in the centre of Tenby the apartment was very quiet except for the occasional seagull! It was wonderful to be able to securely park the car and be able to walk everywhere.

A really marvellous apartment. Bright and airy, brilliant location with a lovely balcony. To have parking is a real bonus, but I did find the space a bit tight.

The flat is very well situated and having parking is a big plus. Even though it is in the centre of town it is very quiet. The living area is bright and spacious. There is only very basic equipment in the kitchen. If you like coffee bring a cafetiere.
