This lovely, detached cottage is situated on the A5025 in a great spot for exploring the island of Anglesey and is perfect for a group of six  friends or a family wishing to enjoy an active break exploring. You will find walking and cycling routes surrounding the property that wind through this National Landscape. Visit the pretty town of Bellench (0.5 miles), which has several shops and pubs, alongside a beautiful, sandy beach. From here, you can partake in water sports activities, including kayaking and windsurfing. Take a boat trip to Puffin Island, or see the sights by boat along the Menai Strait, from Beaumaris Pier (9 miles). If you fancy visiting some historic sites, the National Trust’s Plas Newydd House is 11 miles away, while Penrhyn Castle and Garden is 15 miles from here.

After a busy day exploring the island, enjoy cosy evenings in at this delightful rural cottage. Hang up your coats and shake off walking boots by the front door so you can relax in the welcoming lounge. An open fire provides warmth on chilly evenings; there are plenty of seating options and a Smart TV for evenings watching your favourite films. Get cooking in the conservatory kitchen, which has tonnes of storage and surface space for you to create culinary delights for all guests. Eat together in the characterful dining room, which overlooks the garden. When you are ready to get some much-needed rest, two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Choose from a cosy single bedroom or a spacious king-size, which has its own en-suite shower room and WC. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms, another king-size, alongside a welcoming twin bedroom. Lovely clean cottage within 15 min walk of Benllech. The cottage is equipped with everything you would need and the welcome pack was an added bonus.Highly recommend

Recommend noise cancelling ear plugs for bedtime! On arrival at the property I was very disappointed as its directly beside a 70mph A road. Not the quiet rural location I was expecting or as advertised. Unfortunately I discovered heavy loud traffic starts at 6am everyday and although the amount eases after 9am it doesnt really stop til pasRead moret bedtime. The house was reasonably well equipped; tv maybe smart but as its not connected to the internet its NOT smart, just basic tv, no catch up etc available. If it is then theres no instructions Back garden is not secure if youve a small dog, I had to barricade side entrance into front garden as the front garden wall is low and leads straight onto the main road, my large dog could have stepped over it! However house is in a good location just a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach which was relatively quiet. Walking the opposite way takes you into the small village where theres shops, cafes, pub and restaurants etc plus a much larger beach. Hide

This cottage is spacious comfortable and cosy! Plenty of room outdoors for 2 small children to run around. Its proximity to the main road was a little off putting but otherwise a great location!
