Stay in a detached three-storey spacious home, full of interesting features and all the thoughtful luxuries for your stay. Ideal for families and friends seeking new adventures in Snowdonia National Park, this Edwardian house is at the base of the castle in Harlech, a coastal town with a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Walk to the links Royal St David’s Golf Course, or along the miles of sandy beach to the sea and the castle which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with Snowdonia as its backdrop. Visit the Italianate village Portmeirion (8.5 miles), take a trip on the Ffestiniog Railway or go to Llechwedd Slate Caverns for the fastest zip wire in the world (12 miles). Explore the coast, visiting pretty towns and villages dotted with shops, museums and galleries in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Walk into the hall with original tiles and period details throughout and find the kitchen/diner straight ahead. If you decide to eat in, enjoy preparing a meal in the stunning kitchen with plenty of space to get creative. Once the meal is ready, gather around the large table that takes centre stage by the window; it has plenty of space for a party of 12 to dine comfortably and enjoy time together. After dinner, head down to the lounge where comfortable sofas, an electric fire and a Smart TV await - it is a lovely room to relax in after a full day out. Also on the ground floor is the utility room. Exploring this delightful property further upstairs, you will find six bedrooms to choose from. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin. The double and one of the twin bedrooms have en-suites and there is also a family bathroom on this floor. Heading up to the top floor, there are a further two twin bedrooms and another double; one of the twin rooms has an en-suite and there is another bathroom just next door. Enjoy views of the Royal St David’s Golf Course and sandy beaches as you rise in the morning.

Make the most of the weather in the enclosed paved garden, dine at the outdoor table and chairs, and light the charcoal BBQ on warm evenings at the foot of Harlech castle.

Lovely house that is perfect for multiple families. Lots of bathrooms and large communal areas. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely stay and it's so close to the beach and train station which is a bonus!

Everything was perfect. Toddler loved watching the trains. It was central for exploring and walking. Three generations staying plenty of room. Attentive hosts very kind.

Well what can I say! A wonderful property for 12 guests & so well equipped all round. A super kitchen enabled all 12 of us to eat together at the well-sized table. Great kitchen appliances & the washer-dryer was perfect too. Situated near a well stocked little supermarket which held everything you could need & an added bonus if you are a train enthRead moreusiast is that the railway line runs near to the property. Our party had 3 cars & there was plenty of room for them. Helpful owner. Highly recommended Hide

A very lovely cottage that is perfect for multiple families staying together as there are lots of bathrooms and bedrooms with a lovely large dining table and communal kitchen space. It was very clean and well equipped. There is a very small outside area but this did not matter to us as we were busy at the beach most days but it had ample parking. IRead moret is on the busy road and on a train crossing which is quite noisy but the kids loved the trains and easily slept through the late crossings. Hide

Great to arrive and find some tea bags, coffee and milk - and cake!! Because we were on bikes and only for two nights, we ate out - the cafe just up the road was a breakfast godsend.
