Situated in a prime position on Tenby’s seafront and with parking, this property commands uninterrupted views of the beach, harbour and sea. Cross the road to reach North Beach, a much-celebrated sheltered sun trap that’s great for swimming, sunbathing and sandcastle making. Head to the harbour to board a boat bound for the nearby holy island of Caldey, or try your hand at fishing. Enjoy stunning coastal scenery as you follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to reach Giltar Point to the south or the neighbouring seaside resort of Saundersfoot to the north. Tenby itself is home to ancient cobbled streets lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries, offering something for everyone.

This spectacular modern apartment is flooded with natural light through a large original bay and several sash windows boasting panoramaic views of Tenby harbour, North beach and Carmarthen Bay. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a spacious and sociable space in which to spend quality time. Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which provides plenty of storage space and is fitted with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Dine at the kitchen table before settling in for a cosy evening in front of the Smart TV with DVD Player. Two armchairs sit in the impressive bay window, creating a pleasant vantage point from which to watch the harbourside activity with a cup of coffee in the mornings. This apartment has two bedrooms, one king-size with en-suite shower room and one twin. There is an additional bathroom with shower over the bath.

Directly beneath, by lift or stairs, is a large double length private garage with full laundry facilities including a “butler” sink for sandy beach gear and feet.  There are drying racks for wet clothes and space for bikes, boards and beach equipment. There is also a coat and boot rack for wet and sandy outdoor gear.

A beautiful apartment, with an outstanding view over the harbour & out to sea. Welcome additions are a garage for sole use of No. 1 & a lift up to the apartment. Close to shops & pubs. Crackwell St. is quite steep, as are some of the allyways through to the shops. Good Fish Shed, Butchers, Tesco & Boots and Indoor Market with access to a good BakRead moreery "Loafley" in the road behind. Hide

We wanted a sea view and got more. The flat looks like everything has recently been updated, like the builders just handed over the keys. Level of equipment is extraordinary in our experience, the owners have clearly been thoughtful and conscientious in speccing their apartment. We visit Tenby each year and have found our go-back place.

Loved this flat it has everything you need for a great holiday in Tenby the flat was spotlessly clean throughout and those views are just amazing.Also the welcome card,wine,milk and welsh cakes were much appreciated Thank you.I would highly recommend this property it was just perfect.

Hard to beat the central location, wonderful views and the ability to walk everywhere within 15 minutes. Entry to the useful garage was tricky but we never needed to use the car again while we were there. Excellent restaurants, would recommend in particular, Mykonos, Florentinos, Fecci's and Ronni'z Lounge. Also recommend Davies the Butchers, SimplRead morey Seafood for fresh fish and Tenby Boat trips for Seal Safari. Nearest beach is Castle Beach great for bracing sea walks. All in all a superb break. You couldn't wish for a more beautiful view. From early morning until late at night, you can watch the hustle and bustle of the harbour and the north beach. The apartment's available space is optimally utilized. The garage is, of course, a great added value. A tip: The garage entrance is much easier if you come from the harbour. Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and everything you could possibly need. And views to die for! An absolutely perfect view over the harbour, North Beach and beyond. Perfect location for exploring the town and the other beaches. So perfect that we didn't use the car for the whole of our 7 night stay! Highly recommend and we plan to return.

A wonderful cottage with unparalleled views of life in and around the harbour. The garage was also a huge plus point, once we had manoeuvred in! The kitchen was well equipped and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, and milk in the fridge as well as Welsh Cakes, all of which were gratefully received.

Beautiful flat with wonderful views of the sea and harbour. We enjoyed Tenby and the many restaurants and attractions. Having the garage was a bonus as parking otherwise would have been a nightmare.The garage needs some careful driving to get in safely.We have a Tuscan Hyundiaand managed fine. The welcome note and wine were much appreciated.
