Mayfair was a very cosy, comfortable and clean lodge to stay in January . Jayne from Busy Bees cleaning company was very helpful and prepared the wood burner for us and brought in an extra heater from the neighbouring lodge that was not being used. The location is very quiet and idyllic and right next to the estuary and beach. The road leading to tRead morehe lodge is very bumpy and pot holed and if you are comfortable with that, it adds to the seclusion and natural environment. Hide

This has to be one of the best locations in Wales! Right on the estuary, stunning walks and views. The cottage is light and airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Perfect place to sit and stare if the weather is wet. Half an hour's stroll along the beach to the village. Breathtakingly beautiful estuary. Idyllic.

A wonderful location, let down by poor cleaning and a lack of general maintenance.

The cottage is located right on the estuary. Toasty warm, light and bright. Well equipped. Good views from the cottage and a minutes walk if that to the estuary. Only the sound of curlews and oystercatchers. So incredibly relaxing.

Cottage is in a beautiful location for people who love peace and quiet and it is great for dog lovers, who love holidaying with their pets. Cottage does need a deep clean though. Little amenities in the cottage, like salt & pepper, cooking oil etc Also we did not receive any welcome pack. Road to the cottage is pretty horrendous, we have a Land RovRead moreer and even that struggled, the road does need a complete overhaul, even going by the beach doesn't help as you still have to use most of the road. The place is out of the way great for your dog, it is hard to find along a track, on first view it looks clean inside but its not!

Wonderfully located just steps from the beach, this property was perfect for us as a couple travelling with one dog. The location is very quiet and peaceful making for an extremely relaxing break. The property itself was clean and comfortable. There is no internet at the property other than 4G which was very reliable during our stay.

The accommodation could do with a deep clean. Net on the main bedroom french doors was very dirty. No curtain/blinds on front door which is in the centre of accommodation so isn't very private at night. Utensils very basic, no small cutting knife, no frying pan.
