The picturesque seaside town of Brixham is well renowned for its fresh seafood and colourful houses, as well as a variety of local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Watch the boats arrive and depart from the harbour on your private balconies or take a trip out onto the waters on one of the boat trips on offer. For those who prefer dry land, the South West Coast Path offers stunning scenery at with every step too. If you fancy visiting some other nearby coastal hotspots, the towns of Dartmouth (5 miles), Paignton (5.5 miles) and Torquay (8.5 miles) are also extremely popular destinations, with attractions including the golden sandy beaches, Paignton Zoo, National Trust Greenway (former holiday home of Agatha Christie), and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley - all of this within 6 miles of the property.

Entering this beautiful coastal retreat will bring you onto the ground floor where you will find the first bedroom along the hallway. This bedroom contains a king-size bed complete with the first of the three balconies overlooking the stunning harbour, with the luxury addition of an en-suite shower room with a waterfall shower and WC. A utility cupboard is also situated along this hallway containing a washing machine. Heading up the first, short flight of stairs will bring you to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge space contains a comfortable leather sofa with an accompanying chair, both surrounding the Smart TV for when you manage to take your eyes off those wonderful sea views. The stylish kitchen contains everything you need including a gas oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Completing this space is the dining table which seats all guests comfortably. The second balcony is accessible through the sliding doors. With outdoor seating and stunning views, it’s a spot of paradise on sunny evenings. Finally, make your way up to the top floor which contains the second bedroom. This bedroom contains a super-king-size bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with access out onto the third and final balcony. A final shower room sits just beside this bedroom containing a walk-in waterfall shower and WC.

French doors open from all three floors onto each of their balconies. The middle floor balcony contains outdoor seating to sit and relax into the evenings whilst soaking in the beautiful harbour views.

Everything in cottage was lovely.very modern decor, with comfortable beds.and there was everything we needed,for a great stay.location next to the harbour was outstanding with fantastic views of the harbour,marina and out to torbay.enjoyed sitting on the balcony,watching the world go by.the harbour was busy,but that was fine. I do think that guesRead morets should be aware of the restaurant directly beneath the property,as its not in the description. It was noisy with music from 10am to 10pm,and we could hear everyone's conversation as there is an outdoor area.we could also hear noise from the kitchen and had smells too.on saying that it didn't spoil our enjoyment of the property. We got a 8 day parking permit from torbay council from the machine at freshwater,and managed to park there fine everyday.it was about a 10 minute walk away. Found a lovely pub to eat called the Prince William.5 minutes walk along by the marina,so nice we eat there 3 nights out of 6. All in all a great stay,really liked brixham. Hide

As per other reviews, the location and layout of this accommodation is excellent. There are a couple of facts potential guests need to be aware of when booking this accommodation. The restaurant on the ground floor directly below The Boat House plays music in the outdoor seating area from 10am to 10pm, 7 days of the week, which can be heard both iRead morenside and outside of the apartment. Due to the location of the kitchen restaurant below, there is a permeating cooking smell in the entrance hall and stairs. Hide

Great facilities apart from the well known poor mobile signal in Brixham and no Wi-Fi at the property. But that is the only negative if you want an easily accessible location right in the harbour. Fantastic views and comfy bed

Fantastic location. We bought an 8 day parking permit for Torbay council car parks. Breakwater car park is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.There is a lovely cafe there. You can use it in all council car parks in Torbay. Apartment very good. No internet when we were there last week. . Great property for two couples, bedrooms and en suites are great. lounge and kitchen dinner on middle floor are great, the views from every room are great watching the boats and water is so relaxing. parking was easy given the time of the year. I would follow the instructions ref booking parking for week on line saves a few . we will be back.

An gorgeous cottage in a beautiful town. The location was perfect and the views were idyllic. We loved walking around the harbour seal spotting.

Brilliant location right on the harbour, always something to watch. We were blessed with sunshine all the way, which was lovely. The long stay car park is a 10 minute walk away which was a pleasant stroll in the sunshine but not so good if it was pouring with rain. The 8 day permit for all of Torbay is excellent value. What a gorgeous apartment! The views are stunning and it was wonderful to wake up to the amazing view over the harbour. The beds are comfortable and its very well-equipped and modern. The showers were lovely too. Brixham is our favourite place to holiday in the UK and has plenty of lovely places to eat, drink and visit nearby. WiFi isnt brilliant iRead moref thats important to you. You can buy an 8 day parking pass for nearby carparks which was useful. Hide

The location of this rental could not be better. Constant things to watch - people on the quay below, city and harbor activity. You have a front row seat! Busy area; however, did not have a problem with noise through the night. Very good selection of every kind of restaurant with good food as well as tons of walking trails to experience. Parking isRead more an issue but we parked in the long term lot and did not need the car throughout the entire week. Adequately stocked. Enjoyed out stay here! Hide

The view across the harbour is amazing. You are only matres away from pubs and restaurants offering great variety. Be aware the stairs are very steep and narrow.

Such a great location for just sitting on the balcony and people watching. We loved it. Ref unloading luggage, there is an unloading bay about 20 metres up the hill which can be used if free. We did that and then parked in the Breakwater car park, and managed to park there every day. Note that the spaces are very tight.

Fantastic views and town centre location and although warm and because we had the windows open the noise from the street was evident which some may find intrusive but all was quiet after 11pm
