This stylish property is located in the village of Combe Martin, just a few steps away from the pretty harbour and the sheltered sandy bay. The village itself has a welcoming pub, as well as post office, bakery, and convenience store. Just a few miles around the coast is the town of Ilfracombe, a popular destination for visitors to the area thanks to its stunning Tunnels Beaches, interesting aquarium, range of shops, and choice of well-regarded restaurants. For those who like nothing more than spending their holiday relaxing on the beach, this area is a real treat, with numerous sandy beaches within easy reach including those at Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton Sands. The property also sits within a couple of miles distance from Watermouth Castle, Sandy Cove Hotel and Newberry Beach Wedding Venue, the latter being within 10 minute walking distance.

This five-star detached bungalow makes for a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends. Walking up the wide external steps which lead to the front door, guests will immediately appreciate the elevated position which provides the property fantastic sea views. These views can be enjoyed from the beautifully styled lounge, where inviting sofas sit opposite one another, allowing guests to cosy-up in front of the gas fire and the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner has been finished in the same elegant style as the lounge and is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The property has three bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a tasteful, understated style, creating restful, sanctuary-like spaces. The first of these is a king-size room, whilst there is also a dual-aspect double room, and a cosy twin. The shower room has a shower and WC, and there is also a second separate WC.

Outside, the property enjoys two separate garden areas. The first of these is a fantastic elevated decked area to the front of the property, offering stunning sea views from the table and chairs. To the rear of the property, a second decked terrace is a generously-sized space with comfortable garden furniture, which opens onto a shingled area beyond.

Beautiful bungalow in great location. Lovely furnishings throughout. Nice touch leaving scrumptious cakes for us. Access from road be aware about 14 steps up to bungalow.

A great property with a perfect location by the beach. We went out of season so much of the local venue had shut down for the winter but the beach was perfect for dogs. This is a very comfortable and well maintained property.

Gulls Way is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. I have rarely felt so welcome and trusted in a holiday rental. There were many thoughtful little touches that made us feel at home. The beach is fab, especially the rock pools you can swim in, and we really appreciated having wonderful bakeries so close. Our 8th visit to gulls way , another wonderful week and blessed with great weather .we did many walks with stunning views and trips on the ilfracombe princess with perfect weather , gulls way is a great base to explore other areas ,or relax on the beach which is just a stones throw away .

Lovely house, well furnished. Comfortable beds. Loads of parking (could easily fit three cars if needed). Great location, couple of mins walk to the beach, and Combe Martin. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location, very clean and well equipped. So lovely to see the sea from the balcony. We were doing SW coast path and its right on the route. The walk to Ilfracombe is stunning and we highly recommend the food at the Dolphin pub. A great stay.

We loved our stay at Gulls Way. The property was very clean, everything you could possibly want even down to the dogs extras, everything was beautifully decorated, bed was super comfy and rooms were spacious

Fantastic stay , location great as we brought our kayaks to use and was an easy walk with them to the beach. Beautifully decorated and with all the amenities you could want for 6 people. Sitting on the raised front patio watching the bay in the sun was so relaxing. Will definitely use this house again.

Our 7th stay at gulls way , we just love this place ,we have made so many great memories over the years in north Devon .
