This property enjoys a lovely beach side location, with views to the sea and the beach being just a short stroll away. Village amenities in quiet Thurlestone include a shop and a popular pub, as well as the golf course and two beaches. Further afield, there are many beaches, seaside towns and fishing villages to explore, including Dartmouth and Blackpool Sands. Plymouth with its Hoe and waterfront Barbican complex is around a 45 minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, a historic waterfront, and a wide range of eateries.

This 1930s property is ideal for those who like to be close to the sea whilst enjoying a quiet and peaceful location. The lounge area comfortably seats four and has a Smart TV. A door from here leads through to the kitchen/diner, a light-filled space with large sliding doors which open out onto the decked seating area overlooking the garden. The large dining table sits in front of these doors, whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst there is also a convenient ground-floor WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is a pleasant double with sea views, whilst the other room is a twin, which also enjoys those views across to the sea. One of the bathrooms has a mixer shower and WC, whilst the other has a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

Guests will love the large enclosed garden, which is mainly set to lawn and a patio seating area close to the house which has beautiful sea views, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Location is perfect, we had issues with patio door opening and heating not working, but these issues were resolved by owners ( although we did have a very cold weekend and had to be at the property when repairs were made ) Overall we had a great stay, but the issues did make a planned birthday and Mothers Day weekend a little disappointing

Great rental, location is superb, brilliant garden especially with children or dogs. House furniture is getting a bit tired and needs updating.

Our second time at this property, location is second to none, lovely comfortable property with a great big patio, fabulous views and a lovely secure garden for dogs. We booked our third visit whilst we there.

Brilliant location but the house itself needs some work! Entry into the utility room is impersonal and uninviting, a small welcome hamper would have been a nice touch. Lovely big enclosed garden, tennis players every day opposite can get a bit annoying if youre trying to relax and read on the patio area. Great sea view.

It was a lovely property, with a super sea view. A short walk, across the golf course, to a lovely beach, where we walked our two dogs each morning. It was well situated for coastal walks, and luckily we had lovely warm and sunny weather. The property was well equipped, and ideal for our dogs - plenty of room for them, and a good enclosed garden, wRead morehere they could run out on the lawn. The Village Inn was very welcoming and served lovely food, and the village shop was very useful. Hide

West Delvers is in a excellent setting snd has a beautiful view of the sea. The enclosed garden is perfect for our dog and the walks begin from the front gate in both directions.

Great cottage, our first stay here and we loved it. Great location with fabulous sea views, lovely to have a totally secure garden for the dogs with ample parking. Really comfortable bed double bed. Whilst there we booked to return again next year.
