This traditional terrace is located on a quiet side street, just yards from the delightful walled town of Tenby and South Beach. The town enjoys an excellent selection of bars, cafes, restaurants plus independent and high street stores. The South Beach is a large expanse of golden sand looking out towards Caldey Island and parts of the beach are dog friendly all year round (see local info). The town's iconic harbour runs boat trips out to Caldey daily through the main season - enjoy a day on its secluded beach and some freshly caught fish and chips on your return. For those looking for fantastic views the Pembrokeshire coast path is 0.6 miles from the town itself and provides an array of walking routes.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a warm hallway with space for shoes and bags, with two reception rooms leading off from here. The main lounge enjoys a gas flame-effect fire, TV and DVD player. The second lounge has a TV monitor for gaming offering the family flexibility to spread out or enjoy time together. Further down the hall you will find a stunning dining room with quirky porthole overlooking the contemporary kitchen. There is a downstairs WC too. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a double bed, and there is an additional twin room and bunk bedroom offering excellent family accommodation. The family bathroom has a WC, a shower over the bath and a double sink, and next to the family bathroom there is an additional wet room with a shower, sink and shaving mirror.

The rear garden is fully enclosed by walls on all sides, providing a secure space for children and your canine companions to roam freely—perfect for relaxed family holidays.

The property is in a cul de sac in the middle of a housing estate. 10 mins walk from the walled town and south beach. Great having beach equipment available

Our second stay here. A great cottage in a great location - really suits our wider family. Clean and tidy and the owner responded really quickly to any queries.

The house is well equipped in a lovely, quiet area and is just a few minutes walk away from the beach and the town centre. Sainsburys and Londis are just as close, very handy! We, a family of five and my mother, all felt very comfortable there and were glad the weather allowed us to often sit outside in the snug and sunny little garden. We dont havRead moree a dog, but the information folder in the main sitting room is full of tips where to go and we saw daily proof that Tenby is very dog friendly! Hide

Excellent location. Cupboard under the stairs has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach (with kids). Kitchen has everything you need, including essentials like oil, salt, tea etc. to get you started. Place was perfect for us & our reactive dog - garden fully enclosed, high walls preventing escape, dog beach 10m walk, 2m drive away . We loved our stay at Ling Di Long. It was lovely to have a Christmas tree on display as well. House was warm and welcoming x Owners very helpful I'm my communications with them.

The location of Ling di Long is ideal for South beach and Tenby itself. The house is equipped with everything you need, its spacious and the enclosed garden is perfect for 4 legged guests. The early morning sounds from nearby Sainsburys were not a problem for us and we had a lovey stay.

Lovely stay in this house which was like a home from home. The house was beautifully designed with amazing paint finishes and lovely artwork. The beach kit and trolley were greatly enjoyed by the children who loved pulling it and appreciated the crab nets. Great location but lots of noise from Sainsburys, loading and unloading very early and pneumaRead moretic drills starting at 7.00am. My family were staying nearby and the house worked well for visitors. Hide
