Heading into Snowdonia, landmarks include Craig yr Aderyn, a Site of Special Scientific Interest renowned for its birdlife, and the beautiful Dolgoch Falls (both within 15 miles). After dinner, relax in the lounge area with comfortable sofas and Smart TV. Open the bi-fold doors and enjoy the decked balcony, letting the outside in and embracing the views over the village, Dyfi Estuary, and out across Cardigan Bay. There is a small snug with TV, DVD, and games, with comfortable bean bags, ideal for children to enjoy spending time together. Downstairs, there are three gorgeous bedrooms to choose from, the king-size with en-suite shower and WC, a double bedroom or the twin. All have been designed with a good night's sleep in mind. To complete the accommodation is a stylish bathroom with bath, shower, and WC - a lovely space to enjoy a leisurely start to the day.
The large, decked balcony with outdoor sofa and coffee table (on the first floor, accessed from the house) offer an opportunity to relax and enjoy the fabulous far-reaching coastal views. Private parking is available for two cars. Also, around the side of the property is a paved area with outside water access to wash down bikes.
