This property enjoys a fantastic seafront location with uninterrupted views, in the seaside town of Westward Ho! in North Devon. The town’s beach boasts an impressive two-mile wide stretch of sand, where water sports enthusiasts rub shoulders with holidaying families. Visitors who feel inspired by the local surfers can sign up for a lesson at the beachfront surf academy, which also offers tuition in stand-up paddle boarding. Just a few miles from Westward Ho!, the fishing village of Appledore, situated on the estuary of the River Torridge is a relaxing place to spend an afternoon watching the fishing boats in the quay, browsing the shops, and sampling the local seafood offered in the pubs and bistro.

This property is situated on the ground floor of the exclusive Nautilus development, and offers contemporary accommodation for two people in stylish surroundings. The main living area in the apartment is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its comfortable sofa allowing guests to enjoy the sea views, and to relax in front of the TV with a DVD. There is a dining table to the rear of the room which seats four, next to which the kitchen area is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge. The freezer is kept in a nearby cupboard, whilst the washing machine can be found in the bathroom, where there is a walk-in shower (with small step) and WC. The property’s bedroom is a double room with a restful atmosphere, and plenty of storage space for clothes.

Outside, the property benefits from a seafront decked terrace which is accessed through patio doors from the lounge, and offers a great place to sit and enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the beach and watch the magnificent sunsets.

Great flat in perfect location for both beach & amenities. Very secure car park, but more suitable for a small car. We had no need to use the car as the bus stop was within easy walk. Lots of eateries within 5 minutes walk (fish & chips, Chinese, carvery, cafes, ice-cream). Definitely planning to return next year.

A great location, comfortable, warm and with all the necessary equipment. Parking was safe and secure. The beach and various amenities were but a stone's throw away.

We really enjoyed our short break at 25 Nautilus. The Apartment is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything provided to make your stay enjoyable. The location is superb, right on the sea front and surrounded by many eating places, Bars and shops. Parking onsite is a great bonus. Visited the apartment for a very windy and rainy week in December but still had a great time there. It is comfortable, all ground floor, heated nicely, clean and its central location in Westward Ho ! is unbeatable. As for price, off season for us, its fantastic value. Would recommend to others and be happy to return.

What a nice apartment to stay in for our seven day break away, the apartment was spacious to our personal needs and was clean throughout, we found the bed to be very comfortable and a good nights sleep was had. Everything we needed was at hand to us both, I would recommend this apartment to others.

Superb location in the centre of Westward Ho!. I'm not sure you could park closer to the sea front than the space that comes with the apartment. The place was warm and great for a couple. We especially appreciated the excellent shower.

Great location especially for people watching, close to bars restaurants and grocery shops. Love walking on the beach, been to Westward Ho! Many times but first time we have stayed there, will definitely do so again.
