Once ready, the dining table is perfectly positioned by the bi-fold doors for everyone to gather around and enjoy a meal together. After dinner relax on the sofa, embrace the views and catch up on each other’s news, maybe watch your favourites on the Smart TV, there are another two lounge areas to relax in, the snug on the first floor with comfortable sofas, an additional dining table that could also double as a workstation, and a handy drinks fridge. Had an excellent long weekend at Llain Delyn lodge made even better by the accommodation which was absolutely perfect. Absolutely fantastic place to celebrate my Mums 90th birthday. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and the table and seating area brilliant for everyone to be together. All bedrooms comfortable and the en-suites were great. Two lounge areas meant we could all relax and the outside seating area was lovely for breakfast first thing. This is a beautiful, clean and very comfortable house. All the beds were great, all showers are walk-in, and the garden areas are very secure if you have dogs or kids running around outside. It's really quiet in the house and very roomy. Three lounge areas plus outside spaces and the beautiful upstairs deck, two ovens, two dishwashers and lots of cRead morerockery, glassware and cutlery meant it easily accommodated our big group. This property is beautiful. It has everything needed inside and out to make a lovely, comfortable holiday. The property is very clean, well stocked with cleaning items, bin liners, toilet rolls, crockery and cutlery etc. It is very spacious. We had 10 in our holiday party and we enjoyed the roomy feel about it. There is lots of seating outside and Read morein and a beautiful balcony with stunning views. A spacious, well equipped house with plenty of room. The outside area could easily be completely closed off making it ideal for young children and pets.. The games room was great and we used it a lot. All of the bath and shower rooms were wonderful, very modern and clean.

This is a wonderful house, with plenty of space. There were 11 of us, all family celebrating a significant wedding anniversary. The ground floor annexe was ideal for my parents, allowing them a little escape area. The games room was a big hit with the four kids (early teens and tweens). Location was super for exploring Angelsey and Snowdonia. The bRead morealcony with its sea views was great for a sun downer, and a morning coffee. We stayed here in April 2025, we had 12 people stopping, 4 children, 8 adults and a dog. The layout worked perfectly for us and we loved the house ! It was really clean and tidy and the owners had thought of everything. The games room was really useful on wet evenings and the balcony was superb, especially with the first coffee of the day !
