This luxury holiday home is set in the seaside town of Westward Ho!, an extremely popular location for visitors and locals alike, with its two miles of golden beach, with dog friendly areas all year round, where families can build sandcastles and paddle in the sea and water sports enthusiasts have the local surf school to enjoy a day on the waves. Just next door is the Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy a drink or a meal in the restaurant/bar or a round of golf for an extra charge. Behind the beach keen walkers can walk for miles through the sand dunes at Northam Burrows Country Park or the South West Coastal Path runs the full length of the village offering stunning views out to sea. Other attractions in the area include World of Wonder indoor soft play area, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park.

The reverse level accommodation offers three well-furnished bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a Smart TV and bi-folding doors which lead out onto the rear garden, a second king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC and bi-folding doors which lead out onto the rear garden and a Smart TV, and one twin ( which can be made into a super king size, please request at the time of booking)  with a Smart TV. You will also find the main bathroom with bath & WC. A handy utility room completes the downstairs with cupboards and a washing machine. Heading up to the first floor you will find the large and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the lounge area caters for all, with comfy sofas allowing you to sit back relax and enjoy a catch up with friends or enjoy your favourite film on the Smart TV with Netflix subscription , Blu ray player, Soundbar and finally let the children enjoy a game or two on the Nintendo Wii. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a dining area for everyone to enjoy a family meal and chat about your day’s activities.

Indulge in the private large hot tub within the enclosed south facing rear garden. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off wet suits, boards, etc. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ stand, perfect for bringing your own disposable BBQ's. Allocated off-road parking is available for two cars to the front of the property.

Seabreeze is a lovely, spacious property. We all had a great week and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog; who also appreciated the kind treats left by the owners. We also liked our cream tea. The hot tub was a great plus for our holiday too. Great communication from the property manager who checked in via text to see if everything was ok; Read morementioned a couple of small suggestions which would be good for the next guests (replacing baking trays etc) but they would have done this for us. Sea Breeze was a lovely cottage but a little weeding around the property would have been good!

A beautiful home that was well equipped and had plenty of room for all of us including the dogs. The garden was secure and the hot tub was a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

House was great and we could not fault anything. Local shops, eateries, pubs and beach within 10 minutes walk of the property. Afternoon tea waiting on arrival a thoughtful touch.

Amazing property in a beautiful location. The surprise cream tea was a lovely welcome after travelling. The house has everything you need for a relaxing break and we enjoyed the hot tub. Really couldnt ask for more. We would certainly recommend and look forward to visiting again.
