Ilfracombe is a busy place, year round. In summer it bustles with families making for the beach and in winter it has an undiscovered quaint, quiet charm about it. Within walking distance of your apartment is the centre of this seaside town, which has a wealth of varied restaurants, bars, galleries and shops to sample and wander around. For walkers, you can enjoy the South West Coast Path which can be accessed right outside your front door and enjoy the stunning views from the high cliffs in this part of Devon. Staying at Capstone Sea Spray will also put you in an excellent position for exploring the whole area. Attractions such as pretty Clovelly, Valley of Rocks, Lynton, Lynmouth, Watersmeet and Exmoor National Park are just a short drive away. For sandy beaches with excellent surfing facilities, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are 15 minutes by car.

This attractive apartment positioned right next to the water is accessed by four external steps, is decorated with some original artwork and has two bedrooms for four guests. The first bedroom contains a double bed with a TV and the second bedroom has comfortable twin beds (limited storage space). The nautically themed bathroom has a shower and WC. The seaward facing lounge/diner/kitchen makes the most of an open plan design. Comfortably arranged with ample seating including double sofa bed, the lounge has a TV with Blu-Ray DVD, so you can catch up on the best shows and your film favourites or just make the most of the uninterrupted sea views through the large bay window. The apartment also has dedicated Wi-Fi access. The kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There is a allocated parking space provided for one car outside the apartment. Although there is no dedicated outside space, the property is in close proximity to the harbour or coastal path; both a short stroll from the property.

Lovely, just lacked a bit of outside space.the harbour beech is the best, few mins walk. The main beech is rather rocky. View is fab and with big window open you feel like you are right next to the sea

I loved this flat - it was spacious, in a great position with car parking space and the views I could have sat in the bay window for the rest of my life. The flat had everything we needed and we heard no noise at all from other properties in the building. It was extremely clean and very well maintained

A lovely clean and comfortable apartment with stunning costal and sea views. The harbour area is a very short walk away with many pubs and restaurants. A beautiful location, we will return.

The Apartment has got to be one of the best in Ilfracombe, due to the View. Very comfortable, fully equipped no expense spared on fixtures and fittings. Invaluable parking space.

A beautiful, very well equipped apartment in a superb location; we missed the amazing view when we left. There were some great cafes, restaurants, and small shops a few minutes walk away. Although an old building and the few steps into it are a little steep for older folk, the interior of the apartment is very well maintained and decorated. All of the equipment and appliances we used were in excellent condition. The main bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Very nice appartment with beautiful view over the sea and rocks. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. Two leather couches. Larger than expected. Own parking space is a big plus. The coast path leads by the door. It is the corner appartment with the bedrooms on street level but we heard almost nothing from the street. The only Read morething to improve is that there is no ventilation in the bedrooms. The windows are screwed shut. We would book again.

Lovely apartment, well equiped and spotlessly clean. Central location in Illfracombe with parking. Coast walks from the door step and a stunning view of the Ocean from the large bay window. Fabulous.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The rooms light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. The view from the living room window is outstanding. At the end of a cul-de-sac it is private and quiet in a superb location next to Capstone Hill and 2 beaches. Close to the harbour, theatre, museum and eateries.
