There are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants within 300 metres of the front door, so you’ll never be without something to eat or drink, and there are lots of shops to wander around too. Pay a visit to North Beach (0.5 miles) where the much-photographed Goskar Rock rears out of the sand, or head out in the car and wander around Colby Woodland Garden (8.5 miles) or go to the kids’ favourite, the Dinosaur Park (3 miles).
