Located within walking distance to the centre of Braunton and within easy reach of all the local independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Just on the outskirts of town is Braunton Burrows great for scenic seaside walks. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice as nearby you can walk along the South West Coast Path. The Tarka trail on your doorstep will provide many hours of fun for cyclists as this is 180 miles long Ivy barn was built in 1638 and has been renovated by a heritage builder in 2007 finished to a very high standard.
On arriving at Ivy Barn, you enter the hallway with a sofa and reading area with a supply of books. On this floor are two bedrooms one double and one twin bedroom both rooms have their own TVs. There is also a family bathroom with a powerful walk-in shower and a bath and WC. There is also another bedroom on this floor with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and WC. There is a double garage that is accessed from the hallway which houses the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
The garage is big enough to park a car and store bikes, surfboards and wetsuits. The garage door is electrically operated for ease of opening.
