We were the first guests of the new owner. Cottage was warm and bedrooms cosy. Nice location though property backed onto a derelict chapel. Attention to detail needed. Limited connectivity so make sure you are aware of this before you book as a chilly and wet weekend in Wales with two children and no TV was not fun! Warm, cosy and comfortable, with very effective heating. Shower was great with plenty of piping hot water. Cottage is well-equipped in kitchen and living areas Location is good with wide-ranging country views, and easy access to main parts of Snowdonia and the coasts.

Quirky pretty cottage. Loved the history of it. Stunning location. Village is very pretty. Great for a weekend. Not luxurious in any way but perfectly fine as a base to explore the area. Only 12 minute drive to Betws-y-Coed.

A lovely quirky little cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and used it as a base. The log burner was a nice touch. There was plenty of hot water and it was nice and cosy. The bed and sofas were extremely comfortable. We ate out in the village a couple of times which was an added bonus.

The cottage is in a lovely village and was perfect for our family and dog. There are walks on the doorstep and lots to visit nearby. Parking right outside the front door was really useful on the stormy days and the cottage was snug on the dark evenings.

We are a family of 4 with a small dog and this was a lovely cosy cottage for our 5 night stay. Lovely position, peaceful, scenic, and reasonably close to Betws Y Coed. Cottage - though small - was adequate for four. A very nice venue.
