Located in the pretty seaside village of Mortehoe, the apartment is a wonderful base for exploring the coast, including the South West Coast Path. The golden sands of Woolacombe are just 1.5 miles away. Popular with surfers and paddleboarders, the charming village offers a plethora of pubs, shops, and restaurants. Only 5 miles away is the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe, where you can jump on a boat and explore the coast or take a fishing trip. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with coastal rambles as well as magical moorland and woodland trails through Exmoor National park (13 miles). Cyclists will be able to enjoy safe cycling on the Tarka trail, a 180-mile long figure-of-eight route taking in the coast and countryside with eateries, towns and villages along the way.

Upon entering the building, this beautiful apartment is approached by a staircase taking you up to the first floor. Upon entering the property, follow the stairs up to the penthouse. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and airy with a vaulted ceilings and a stunning Juliette balcony offer far-reaching views across the North Devon coastline. With comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, you will be able to relax with family and friends and watch a favourite movie. Enjoy cooking up your favourite recipes in the stylish kitchen that is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Serve up a delicious meal at the dining table with seats for all guests. There are three bedrooms - a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twins on request) with a Smart TV and an ensuite shower room with WC; a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into 2'6 twins on request), and a twin room with 2'6 zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a king-size on request). Completing the apartment is the luxury family bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and WC.

Outside, there are communal grounds with a designated area where you can relax and cook up a storm on the charcoal BBQ while watching the sunset and enjoy some stargazing as night draws in. There are two allocated parking spaces.

Beautiful high spec apartment with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Amazing sunset views and Juliet balconies in the lounge. Perfect location for everything in Mortehoe and walks to Woolacombe and Lee bay. On top of a hill but an hourly bus runs in peak season. Perfect for our party of six adults 23-63 & dogs. The apartment was lovely. It had everything we needed and more. The view was lovely . The village of Mortehoe was a 5 minute stroll, which had a post office , fish & chip shop and 2 pubs. It's a 35 minute walk into Woolacombe, which we did a few times . We needed to ask a question regarding the heating and was answered quickly.

Just as seen, great views as on a STEEP hill, I will just say that the stairs are also very steep and my knees werent keen but it wouldnt put me off going again. Recycling cant be done so we had to bring it all home but again its a small point, the owner explained the reason for this and were very helpful. We had a great stay.

Excellent accomodation, extremely well equipped with all home comforts. The views are spectacular especially the sunsets. Lots of things to do in the area, handy for the village and the shop on North Morte Farm is well stocked. Loved the juliet balcony.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the sunset. New addition of balcony skylights were a fabulous addition which we all loved (party of 6 age 20 to 53). Apartment very well equipped with comfy beds. Phil was very helpful and called us to let us know that the apartment was ready earlier than the 4pm check in. Mortehoe very pretty with lovely cRead moreoastal walks (but very hilly). Nice walk into Woolacombe but would recommend getting the bus back ! We had a lovely week and would recommend. Hide

Third time we have stayed at this property. Clean, comfortable and spacious with a great shower and the open plan kitchen/living space was ideal. Good location for Mortehoe village and the coast path both north and south. Worth keeping in mind the property is on the top floor so stairs from the front door up to the penthouse.

Lovely, quiet and perfect three bedroom penthouse property, located down in the beautiful village of Mortehoe. Great for walks along the winding coastal paths, and within a 30 minute walk to the beautiful beaches at Woolacombe.
