The accommodation is arranged over three storeys. As you enter the property a small snug/lounge is to your right with Smart TV/DVD and Xbox, further on the room opens out to an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, overlooking the decked balcony and having excellent river views. Those who enjoy cooking will have the space and equipment to whisk up a three course meal or maybe just a lunchtime snack with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with river views, TV/PS4 and an en-suite shower and WC, one twin bedroom with TV/DVD and one single bedroom. Proceed up a staircase to the second floor where there is a large double bedroom in the eaves with panoramic river views and TV.
Stepping outside a rear enclosed lawn garden with secure storage for bikes/surfboards and rear pedestrian access. The decked balcony has garden furniture. A front garden area can be accessed around the side of the property and has a gate leading to the allocated off-road parking area for one car. There is also roadside parking nearby.
