We arrived after the check in time and didnt have my trouble parking although only 1 permit due to someone having taken the others home. On contact we were informed we ones had been applied for and we had no issues whilst there. The seating in the dining room window was a lovely place to sit with your coffee. The lounge area was spacious and furnitRead moreure was very comfy. There is adequate storage with the 2 big fridge/ freezer and the fridge. The ground floor loo was a god send to us on 2nd & 3rd floors. Beds were all very comfy. For our group aged 65 - 80 + we found the journey upstairs challenging to say the least , but for families of assorted ages it is absolutely fine. A good base to get around in the cars. But be aware the trains get you about but are only every 2 hrs at least in June when we went and buses not much better at hourly. We enjoyed our stay and were comfortable whilst we were there Hide

We were a family group of 13 adults, one baby and two puppies celebrating my 60th birthday and we could not have had a better time, location or property! What an amazingly equipped place for such a big group. Everything we needed worked, was clean and available; the caretaker (Dean) was a superstar, providing timely and comprehensive advice wheneveRead morer needed. We were fortunate to have great weather, but I dont think that would have made any difference to our enjoyment as the house is so well equipped. A long weekend filled with of great memories, made the more special by our hosts, their property and the service provided; thank you so much! Hide

We had a lovely week. Ideal accommodation for four generations of our family. We came by car but hardly needed our cars during the week, as the shops, church, station, cafes and lots of things to do are in walking distance.

Great location for visiting mid Wales. The accommodation was very good for our party of 11 adults. The rooms were all spacecious. Plenty of good restaurants and takeaways nearby. Parking wasn't a major problem for our 5 cars but could be a problem in peak season.

Fantastic location, less than 3 minutes walk to the beach. And close to main amusements and town centre. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfortable! The games room at the back of the house was a big hit with my family. A lovely and homely place for a family holiday. Would definitely return!

Such a fabulous property, perfect for our group of 13 family members aged from 14-75. The kitchen was huge and games room a great idea to keep the younger ones occupied. The first floor living room was a great size and seated us all to play games in the evening. Breakfasts were fantastic too all being able to sit around the huge table in the diningRead more room. Great location - couldn't have been better. The bedrooms were all roomy and comfortable. The living room with the view of the sea was spectacular. We loved the big square dining table which was so sociable. Barmouth itself is locked in time really. We had a great old fashioned sea side holiday. Have already booked for next year.
