Looking for a fun day out and only 2 miles away is Watermouth Castle family theme park which is set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Across from here is Watermouth bay activities centre where you can have a go at coasteering or paddleboarding. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice as the South West Coast Path is close by and venture a little further onto Exmoor National Park with stunning moorlands and woodland walks.
As you enter this pretty stone cottage you step into the hallway and from here you have the lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, and DVD player where you can relax and enjoy watching a movie after having a fun-packed day. The kitchen/diner is a lovely sociable place to make one of your favourite recipes for your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a microwave. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. Completing this property is a family bathroom with a bath and WC. Outside there is a bench that overlooks the far-reaching views of the valley and here you can enjoy dining outside.
Heading outside, is a great gravelled and lawn area with your own picnic table and charcoal BBQ or you can unwind at the end of the day on the spacious lawn area with outdoor seating which is shared with the other properties in the complex. Or you could head for the shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub. Children can also play in an enclosed outdoor play area with swing basket, trampoline, baby swing and picnic benches, and there’s an indoor games barn with table tennis, pool table and table football. There are also 18 acres of gardens and paddocks to explore, making the site a real country retreat ideal for families, friends or couples alike. Guests are welcome to meet the resident donkeys and pony. Sheep and cows also graze the surrounding meadows of the farm.
