Head up a couple of steps into this beautifully presented cottage; you will find yourself in the entrance hallway, the perfect place to wipe muddy paws and leave the day’s walking boots behind you. The hallway leads to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This great sociable space boasts an extendable table to seat the entire family for breakfast or an evening meal. The kitchen includes an induction hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area has comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Netflix for the rainy days, and some board games; a perfect social space to cater for the entire family. Moving upstairs to the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Across the landing is the snug featuring a Smart TV with an Xbox Series S console with access to over 100 games, along with a sofa bed, perfect for a nap during the day. There is also access to an outdoor private balcony area next to the snug. A central car park is 0.5 miles away where you can obtain a week’s permit which is valid in car parks throughout Torbay.
