The chalet is lovely and comfortable, and has internet. We have stayed in this chalet before, and love the fact it is situated close to a nice safe beach and headland and in a beautiful part of Pembrokeshire

It was lovely and quiet till the last day when someone moved in next door and the walls are so thin that they seem non existent. All if these moans being said it was a lovely place but needed a bit more attention. They couldn't change the wall thickness, but the other small details should be rectified. I would have liked the time at the end that Read morewe list at the beginning to make moving easier. Believe it or not, I did like it. I just think a shelf and a mirror would help. There is room for a fridge freezer and definitely a bin in the bathroom us a necessity. Hide

It's the second time we've stayed in Sea Gem and our stay was mostly comfortable with modern appliances and decor making the space nice and homely. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a lovely stay, great location. Worried about previous reviews we saw but felt the property was clean enough although would benefit from a deep clean - e.g. bannisters, back of fire, curtain poles, light fitting. Biggest issue for us was immersion heater in cupboard in small room which could be accessed by our son - it was scalding hot, uninsRead moreulated, with a loose lid. We turned it off to reduce risk to our toddler as we couldn't secure the cupboard. A bolt at the top of thedoor would fix. Hide

The property is dirty and run down. It needs a deep clean. The carpet is filthy. The drains stink so there is a horrible smell. There were cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The sofas are old and saggy. There is no blind at the bathroom window so everyone can see you get out the shower in the evening. There is no airer to dry wet clothes. The plates and Read morepans in the cupboard were filthy. The pillow protectors hadnt been washed. Not a relaxing stay. Area and beach is beautiful, this chalet is not!! Hide

Freshwater bay itself was beautiful. The cottage however, carpets filthy, popcorn & sweets behind sofa which we moved in order to watch TV. Layer of dust and smears on tv and fire. No rubber bath mat or blind in bathroom which made showering slippy and no privacy. Beach 600 meters from sea not 300. Most unclean place we have stayed in.
