Boasting sleek interiors and a wonderful viewpoint, this impressive property is a sheer treat for couples and small groups of up to six guests seeking a lavish setting for an unforgettable holiday. Although you’ll be guaranteed solitude, you’ll be just a 0.5-mile walk from Aberdovey itself with its endless potential for fun. Venture down to the beach to relax on the golden sand with an ice cream before indulging your own thirst for adventure with water sports. Paddleboarding, windsurfing and sailing are just a few of the activities you could try, but if you prefer walking, there are a wealth of trails to tempt you. Studded at the southern tip of Snowdonia National Park, Aberdovey is where the mountains meet the sea at the mouth of the Dyfi River, so you’ll never be short of trails to explore.

Elegant and stylish throughout, the property has been lovingly converted from its Victorian past and has many contemporary focal points alongside its muted colour palette and chic accessories. Enter via the sunroom through a set of double doors and move through the spacious lounge/diner. Natural light streams in through the bay windows of the lounge area, inviting you to walk across the wooden flooring to sink into the sofas, warmed by the log effect gas fire. There is a large dining table with seating for six and a handy kitchen area equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm and tidy away afterwards. You’ll find an electric oven with grill, an induction hob, fridge, three-drawer freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave and Magimix coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. From here, a small hallway leads to the stairs and a striking bedroom featuring a crisply dressed double bed and a short passageway through to its private en-suite wet room that boasts a double sink and mirrored panelling. Upstairs, the large bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a bath and WC, as well as a useful double sink. There are two bedrooms on this level reached via two steps, one of which is a king-size with a bed, bedroom furniture and storage space. The second has large bay windows, a super-king-size bed, handy storage, a vanity table and a sofa for enjoying the views or watching your private TV.

Outside, the garden has a patio with garden furniture for leisurely evenings sipping drinks and tucking into BBQ delights. Off-road parking is available for two cars, please take care when outside as the patio/courtyard area has a low wall with a steep drop to the driveway below.

Lovely house, in an idyllic location. The house itself is finished really well, with good quality appliances, kitchen and bathrooms. Views are spectacular and only a 5 minute stroll to get in to town. Will definitely be back

Super in every possible way - location amazing, very clean and comfortable the hosts had thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable . We travelled with my elderly parents whose mobility was very poor but they managed very well with the open planned dining/ kitchen and ground floor bedroom really well . Highly recommended xx

Stunning views. House finished to a high spec. Gifts on arrival were a great touch and gratefully received. Having cleaning products/washing tabs/dishwasher tabs available was also great. Other properties we have stayed in this doesnt happen anymore so thanks for this! Even handwash at each sink was a surprise!

Property looked amazing. It was clear that cleanliness could definitely be improved inc lots of spiders & webs. Floors under furniture dirty. Some bed linen stained. The BBQ I wouldnt have eaten from, it was really dirty. The patio and front vestibule could have done with a good sweeping. We contacted the owners by text + telephone (left message) buRead moret got no response. There is nothing in the desc to let you know it is on a steep hill which was a problem for us. Electric car charging scarce. Hide

Very nice house but somewhat misleading photographs. The outdoor space shown is actually the only place to park the car(s). Not ideal for sitting and is the only outdoor area. The position of the house is at the top of a fairly steep and narrow hill, not ideal for walking to shops etc for anyone of compromised mobility.
