This delightful ground floor annexe built alongside the owner's home offers a peaceful retreat with full accessibility. Situated in the village of Holcombe, with picturesque, thatched cottages and a couple of great pubs, less than 0.5 miles walk, you’re welcomed by the dramatic red cliffs and sand and shingle dog-friendly beach of Holcombe. The South West Coast path can be joined 0.5 miles from the property and offers stunning walks and scenery. Further along the coast is Teignmouth (1.9 miles) with a host of pubs, restaurants, pier, local shops and a farmer's market. Continue west to explore The English Riviera and the South Hams; including Torquay (10 miles), Paignton (15 miles) and Dartmouth (30 miles).

Entering the property you’re welcomed into the well-equipped kitchen with a lower surface top height to enable full accessibility for guests. Through the kitchen, there is a lounge/dining area with a spacious dining table for six guests. A comfortable lounge with sofas which can be turned into sofa beds for extra guests, a Smart TV and French doors out to the raised deck. Down the hall is the twin bedroom with plenty of storage space, further along, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and adjacent to the room is the fully accessible wet room with a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside is a garden with ramp access, a spacious lawned area and a decked seating area providing a great outdoor space to enjoy the evenings.

Beautiful flat all one one level. Excellent for mum who uses a frame and wheelchair. Space for parking, next to entrance. Little lip over door entrance and then all flat. So good mum could use her frame to access property. Beds very comfortable. Wet room ideal. Excellent property and well equipped, it is roughly 1/2 way between Dawlish and Teignmouthwhich was great.

Really lovely holiday let. Dogs were made very welcome as were we. Plenty of good walks in the area. Large supermarket in Dawlish Warren a short drive away.

Perfect cottage quite close to the sea in fact you can see the sea out the window. Lovely clean and dog friendly we love it there well done. We would definitely book again one of our absolute favourite places to stay.

beautifully presented house is perfect, wet room, accessible garden and kitchen give everyone independence. From stepping through the door, afternoon tea waiting in lovely Cornish ware; lovely chair covers feature wallpaper and the first glimpse of the side garden, robin hopping into view with perfect timing. We had a lovely holiday at sea gem it was perfect for our daughter who is in a wheelchair and we would stay there again it was very clean and spacious with a really nice patio outside and was situated in a perfect location for us to enjoy the seaside towns thank you
