We have stayed here a few times now and we love this little house. It's comfortable and cosy and a stone's throw from Instow beach. Like a real home from home.

Stayed here a few times, which tells you something in itself. We come to North Devon a couple of times a year to visit relatives and we always try and stay in this lovely cosy property. It's comfortable, spotlessly clean and is a real home-from-home.
